Step 2: Advertising
We have an aggressive marketing strategy to help you obtain your new tenant. Here are the steps we take:
- Put a Prudential yard sign in your front yard
- Take multiple photos of your home
- Produce flyers for your home and for the yard sign
- List your home in the local Multiple Listing Service, including multiple photos, the virtual tour, and full descriptions
- Advertise your home in Realtor.com, one of the more heavily trafficked sites for rentals in San Diego
- Advertise on Craig's List – not just once, but updated regularly
- Place your home on several other website nationwide through VLS systems
- Advertise your home to fellow Prudential California Realty agents in Carlsbad
- Advertise in the San Diego Union Tribune, including SignOnSanDiego (the newspaper's website
- List the home on our website, www.TheDevores.com
Step 3: Follow-up
We will follow-up with every Realtor who has shown your property and give you real-time feedback from the showing. This will help us determine what the market is saying about your home.
Step 4: Screening
We will run the credit of every reasonable-looking applicant, check their references as well as their current tenant/landlord situation.
Step 5: Move-in
We will coordinate the move-in and complete the move-in/move-out paperwork to ensure that any damage that is done is properly noted.
